What About Legal Services to Settle an Estate (Probate Cases)?

When we assist clients in settling the estate of a deceased person, we generally bill on an hourly basis, at $195.00 per hour. Legal fees for probate matters can vary considerably, depending on the terms of the Will, the complexity of the estate, the variety of services we are asked to provide, and other factors. A very general estimate for legal fees in typical probate matters would be in the range of $1,500 to $3,500.

What About Other Types of Legal Services?

Because each legal matter is different, we would need some details on your problem in order to give you a fee estimate. Please call our office for more information, and we'll be happy to give you a no-obligation quote.

* Please Note: Fee estimates are general guidelines only, and are not guaranteed. Your legal fees may vary.
